ISTROMETAL DM Ltd. founded in 1994 as a successor of Istrochem, Inc. has specialized in engineering production with particular emphasis on:
metal-machining
fitter´s and kettlesmith´s production
construction of building driven by mechanical power
production of different mechanical tools and appliances
Our company has been serving custom – made products for both new and regular customers from all over Europe for 14 years.
More than 95% of our production is exported to Holland, Belgium, Austria, Germany, Czech republic, and other countries. The rest is consumed in Slovak market.
Your orders are guaranteed to be processed with the highest quality and the shortest amount of time by our highly skilled and experienced 45 employees (7 of them are technicians and controllers) using 120 machines. Our production is realized in two special workrooms which are situated next to each other:

ISTROMETAL DM, Ltd. is interested in all kinds of cooperation with foreign partners as well as with Slovak ones. Our company is therefore ready to enlarge production capacity to meet with our customers requests.
We have recently modernized our machine park with the purchase of two state of the art CNC machines. One lathe CNC with off – axis turning which is enabled by tool head with powered tools, the second one, CNC plasma machine for burning with plasma and oxygen. We have recently also bought several semiautomatic welding outfits. With this purchase we aim to provide better services and improve our production efficiency. It will not only help us meet stringent customer demands but also ISO quality requirements. Our company has its own vehicle fleet which allow us to provide our products transportation following customers demand.
In the near future we plan to buy new CNC machine for horizontal milling and inside boring operations. Implementing ISO quality system in a whole manufacturing process will help our company to achieve production with advanced quality level as it is becoming quite common in well know european engineering companies.
